Orders & Postage

All orders will be posted within 3 business days. Please note: To receive your books before Christmas, please order no later than 6 December 2024. All pre-orders will be dispatched in 2025.
The customer is responsible for paying any and all VAT or other custom fees associated with shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Postage by location:
- UK: 2nd Class (please allow at least 3 business days)
- North America: International Standard (please allow at least 14 business days)
- Australia: International Standard (please allow at least 14 business days)
- Ireland: International Standard (please allow at least 14 business days) Due to issues with customs, we’ve suspended shipping to ROI
- Europe & Rest of World: At the moment, we are not shipping to these locations.
- Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Any order using either of these will be cancelled and a refund minus any processing fees will be initiated.

Refunds & Returns

If we committed an error during the processing of your order, we will offer a refund.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if an error was made as a result of the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete mailing address, or any other error made by the customer.
Due to the nature of digital products like ebooks and gift cards, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these products.
A customer may claim a refund after 14 days of receiving their physical goods. Once notifying us, a customer has 14 days to return the physical goods to Wild Hunt Books in new and unused condition; we cannot accept or refund used goods. Return post shall be paid by the customer and not refundable by Wild Hunt Books.
If you're returning your entire order, we will refund the initial basic/standard postage in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Discount codes and other promotional campaigns do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be used outside of the time frame that they are valid and will not be applied retroactively to orders.
Discount codes are for personal use and not bulk ordering; if we suspect fraud or other malfeasance, we will cancel your order and revoke the discount code.
